This is one of the Charmed Santas from Mill Hill. It's stitched according to the directions with the materials provided in the kit with the exception that I used two strands for the cross stitch instead of three.
The hat and face are stitched separately and then glued together. I made the hanger out of leftover beads and it will be hanging on my tree come Christmas time. I have a bunch of these in my stash so you'll be seeing more of them in the coming months.
