This is the second Snowman in a Hat from the Design Works Kit, Snowmen in Hats and was designed by Marianne Savage.

It's stitched as charted on the provided 14-count white plastic canvas with the provided floss. 

I will back it with felt and add a hanger and it will be going to the Ronald McDonald House later this year.
