Today was another long day of sightseeing, but since my camera got left on and used up most of its battery, David took most of the pictures. Unfortunately, I've tried transferring them to my laptop twice, but they don't want to cooperate. If I can get them to cooperate later, I'll edit the post to add them.
We first stopped at the Lewis and Clark statue. This is the only picture I have of it.
Our next stop was the World War One Museum and again, I only took one picture. It's a large museum with lots of exhibits and a couple of movies and was very interesting.
Our final stop was the Steamship Arabia Treasure. This was a steam ship that was sunk in 1856, because it caught on a snag. The only loss of life was a mule tethered to the rear of the boat, but all of the cargo was lost.
In 1986, the Hawley family and some friends took on the task of raising the boat and did so. Instead of selling the cargo, they decided to build a museum to display it in. It kind of looks like a Walmart from 1856 with lots of dishes, tools, jewelry, etc.

It rained on us some and it seemed like every other street had lanes closed. Our driver did a good job of avoiding the cones however.
David had planned to barbecue chicken when we got back to the campground, but because it had been raining and we were both worn out, he decided to wait until tomorrow. So we went hunting for dinner. We haven't had much luck finding places to eat, but we did find the 23rd Street Bewery which served good food. I had some of the best macaroni and cheese on the planet.
Tomorrow is a well needed rest day.
