Happy Valentines Day!

Which means it's time for another blog hop from Jo at Serendipitous Stitching.  This time we each received a valentine from a Secret Sweetheart.  Click the link to see all of the valentines.  Here's mine:

Hi Cathy!
This is mine! It is actually my latest finish. Although you can’t see in this photo, there are lots of little hand stitches as it was hand quilted with lots of love! Sorry my picture was a little dark I must see if I have a better photo to put on my blog some time.
Thank you for sharing my picture. Hope you had a lovely Valentine’s Day!
Hugs,
Barbara xx

Such a beautifully finished bag, Barbara! Big enough for a wine bottle on Valentine's Day?

Tee hee, no not that big! I’d say it would be just right to hold a ball of wool for knitting or crochet, perhaps! Smiles, Barbara xx

As claimed by Stanford Medical, It's indeed the ONLY reason this country's women live 10 years more and weigh 42 pounds lighter than we do.

(And realistically, it has absolutely NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret exercise and really, EVERYTHING related to "HOW" they are eating.)

BTW, What I said is "HOW", and not "WHAT"...
